Join us for our “Authority in Christ” Winter Conference Friday, February 20th at 7pm and Saturday, February 21st at 8:30am in the Sanctuary with Keynote Speaker Ron Bruce. There will be a $10 fee for non-members for FLMF.

SECURE WORKER APPLICATION
Use this form if you would like to serve in:
KidzTown, Youth Ministries, Nursing Home, Prison Ministry, Small Groups, Inside/Outside Security, Special Detail, or Pastoral Care
MINOR WORKER APPLICATION
Use this form if the youth applicant is in 6th grade or above and would like to serve in:
- Non-Secure Helps Ministry Departments (6th grade or above)
- Transformed Twos through Kingdom Kids: (6th Grade or above)
- Bible Babies, Wonderful Ones, or Uptown Kids: (9th Grade or above).
GENERAL WORKER APPLICATION
Use this form if you would like to serve in a department not mentioned under the “Secure Worker Application.”
