Faith Landmarks Ministries is a 12,000-member, non-denominational Church located in Richmond, Virginia serving the community both locally and globally for over 45 years. Believing in the Great Commission and propagating the Gospel, FLM has a vision to expand its ministry by planting Churches and Bible based educational institutions in and around Virginia and beyond. POSITIONS RECEIVING APPLICATIONS
(FLM) Media Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking a well-abled, motivated, and technically inclined applicant who has a desire for producing, creating, and facilitating various aspects of media ministry within the scope and expectations of Faith Landmarks Ministries. The position will require a team focused drive to accomplish many tasks (including, but not limited to: Recording broadcast productions, handling multiple media assignments (both visual and auditory), setups, breakdowns, and equipment installations and maintenance as needed).
Key Responsibilities
• Use the techniques learned while employed with FLM to assist in multi-media production
• Must have and maintain a knowledgeable understanding of various equipment
• Maintain, update, and improve equipment as necessary
• Have a base knowledge of visual, audio, and electrical principles.
• Be trainable, and willing to train others as experience is gained.
Required Qualifications
• Must be capable of lifting more than 50lbs, able to walk for long distances, and be active for an extended duration when required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions assigned by team leadership.
• Be reliable when working independently, and a dependable team player.
• Must be adaptable to changes. These include changes to scheduling & assigned tasks.
• Must be willing to interact with others and uphold a professionalism that adheres to the standards of Faith Landmarks Ministries
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced knowledge in one or multiple of the following: video, audio, graphic design, electrical engineering, and the concepts of signal flow.
• Understands a base knowledge on how to properly light, mic, and shoot in various settings.
• Self-driven. Willing to follow leadership, but able to handle tasks on their own when required
• A familiarity with handling demanding tasks that must meet specified deadlines.
• Comfortable with heights of up to 40ft. above ground level.

(FLM) Social Media Promoter
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, self-driven, social media content creator with a base knowledge in multiple social media services (including, but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, & YouTube). The position will require the handling of several advertising outlets while also creating content that is relevant, generates interest, and promotes the vision of FLM in an exciting and trending way.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture, create, and share social media content across multiple platforms
• Stay current with popular trends and utilize them to promote various events, services, and more
• Handle multiple schedules and varying deadlines to stay current with production expectations.
• Be self-motivated. Seek ways of keeping up with current followers and attaining new ones
• Create graphics (static and motion) for services, events, and socials
Required Qualifications
• A base knowledge in social media production.
• Understands the basics of video, audio, and editing to create intriguing content.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work alone, but also be a team player for larger tasks

(FLM) Finance Clerk
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Clerk to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will support our financial operations by managing routine accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks Online
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Generate routine financial reports and statements
• Answer vendor and customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments
• File and organize financial documents
• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience as a Finance Clerk or similar accounting role
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online preferred)
• Strong mathematical and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
Preferred Qualifications
• QuickBooks Online certification or advanced experience
• Familiarity with other accounting software or ERP systems
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Previous experience in a similar industry
